The latest stunt to come out of BigBang Promotions HQ involved zip lining Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt on her sofa, Scarlett rose to fame entertaining the masses while sitting on her sofa so it was rather fitting she sat on one for our latest stunt. Scarlett, 30, made her way to Buckland Park in Surrey where she hurtled along the zip line for 200 metres.

Big Bang Promotions organised and facilitated the stunt on behalf of leading global brand experience agency Jack Morton for client Amazon Prime. Scarlett the reality TV star took part in a stunt to highlight the public’s ‘unbreakable bond’ with their sofas as the nation adjusts to life after lockdown. The I’m A Celebrity.. Get Me Out Of Here winner and her green sofa were transported up to the zipline using a crane supplied by London company City Lifting as she casually sipped on a cup of tea for courage!

The stunt comes as research of 2,000 adults revealed almost one in six admitted to cancelling on friends in favour of spending time on their sofa since restrictions eased. And one in 10 have left a social engagement early to do the same.In light of the findings, Amazon Prime Video enlisted the help of Jack Morton who contacted Big Bang Promotions to make the stunt happen and couch enthusiast Scarlett, who zoomed down the specially constructed zipline in Surrey to show the depth of her feelings for the piece of furniture shouted "Come on baby, we’re doing it!"
